Define
The definition phase involves facility review, and brainstorming sessions. We outline the project schedule, understand project goals and requirements, develop high-level architecture, and define both functional and technical requirements. The "Define phase" allow us to LEARN about your facility, goals and business objectives.
Design
The design phase encompasses the creation of an Optimized Energy Solution tailored so that it FITS your business model enabling you to receive facility improvements that can be funded by energy savings.
Develop
The development phase encompasses the technical implementation of all designs. This includes submittal to state and federal incentive programs, creation of deployment schedule, documentation of implementation process, and pre-deployment client review.
Deploy
The deployment phase encompasses pre- and post-construction. During this phase, we will manage all of the implementation details and conduct quality assurance testing to assure your ultimate satisfaction. We LEAD the project while keeping you informed along the way.
