HVAC Controls

As your local automation systems provider, we continue to partner with you to design, build and maintain your building controls.

The Trend products we offer are now backed by Honeywell’s unprecedented worldwide resources in building automation systems. Trend was acquired by Honeywell International in 2005. Honeywell is a $26 billion diversified technology and manufacturing leader serving customers worldwide with their control technologies for buildings, homes and industry.

Trend’s solutions are world leading because they’re easy to spec, use and maintain. But easy doesn’t mean bare bones. We based our complete line of products on our powerful, comprehensive distributed control platform.  Our solutions address every facet of automated building controls. They are well suited for the largest building complexes and multi-site applications, yet still cost effective in very small installations

Recognized as the leader in forward/backward compatibility, all Trend Control Systems that are manufactured today can still communicate with the systems manufactured in 1983. Maintaining this philosophy makes Trend Control Systems the lowest life cycle cost control system in the industry.

Being that Trend Controls is an independent manufacturer, their product can be installed on any equipment manufacturer’s product. It does not matter if it is Carrier, Trane, or AAON, Trend Controls has a product that will optimize the operation of that equipment. Utilizing “Open Protocol” communications, BACnet®, LONworks®, XML, or Niagara AX® platforms, integration to existing legacy systems can be done with ease.

Facility Access

Utilizing the Trend Controls Building Access System, built on the Niagara AX platform, American Energy Controls can provide an access system for your facility that can be stand alone or fully integrated into a total building automation system.

With this Web-based secure access controller a customer can monitor and remotely connect to the security of their facility from anywhere internet access is accessible.
